Jay Meyer is the Senior Vice President of Operations at StarPoint Properties. After graduating from Michigan State University, Mr. Meyer started his career in property management in Phoenix, Arizona managing a portfolio of multifamily properties in the Phoenix market. Later, his role expanded to oversee portfolios in markets throughout Arizona and California. In 2015, Mr. Meyer transitioned to commercial real estate when he joined Realty Income Corporation, a publicly traded REIT based in San Diego. Mr. Meyer started with the organization managing a nationwide industrial portfolio before taking on a leadership role overseeing the management team of a retail asset portfolio. When the organization expanded into the United Kingdom and Europe, he was responsible for overseeing the management of the portfolio via local partnerships in the region. Mr. Meyer is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through IREM, and enjoys traveling, hiking, and running in his free time.
