Point Central is our opportunity zone development of an industrial logistics park in Denver, Colorado. The project will total 157ksf across two buildings on 9.54 acres situated by three freeways. Point Central is in the high barrier to entry North Central Denver submarket valued for its proximity to labor, easy connection to transportation infrastructure, and limited available land for development. This industrial project will feature a 190-foot fenced truck court, on grade retention, 8 grade level and 50 dock high truck doors, 3,000 amps of power, and 32-foot clear heights.
