StarPoint acquired the 34-acre site in December 2021 and the site is now fully entitled and shovel ready. The Project sits on the northeast corner of East Germann Road and Hawes Road, within 3-miles of the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, ASU’s Polytechnic Campus, the Chandler Municipal Airport, the I-202 Freeway, and multiple railways. The Phoenix MSA is the largest semiconductor market in the U.S. and it is the 2nd fastest growing market in the U.S. for warehouse big box leasing.
