StarPoint is highly selective and focused on Core, Value-Add and Opportunistic assets including within Opportunity Zones.
Opportunity
Zones (“OZ”)
StarPoint’s robust and experienced team is well positioned to take advantage of Opportunity Zones and has a “Prime and Prime” pipeline ready to execute. “Prime and Prime” focuses on the most favorable real estate sectors, multi-family and industrial, targeting the strongest domains within select Opportunity Zones. StarPoint’s OZ investments can not only benefit investors by the multiple tax savings, but the investments also make a true ESG impact through job creation, sustainable building improvements, minority community support and environmental-friendly improvements.
Core
StarPoint’s core strategy is to deliver consistent cash flow streams to investors while delivering above market total returns. StarPoint achieves this by focusing on very select assets that have a highly defined value-add component which will distinctly enhance asset value. StarPoint targets only primary markets with strong fundamentals and assets that have defined competitive advantages.
Value-add
StarPoint strives to use its deep industry knowledge, strategic planning, and wide range of resources to generate additional value to investment properties that are in various stages of development located in the most favorable geographical locations. We have the expertise and ability to take on early, mid and late stage development projects ranging from properties that require renovations, repositioning, management improvements, and/or operational enhancements.
Opportunistic
StarPoint seeks to take advantage of inefficiencies and market events when real estate pricing does not accurately reflect market fundamentals. We identify and act upon transformational investment opportunities by injecting capital into underperforming assets to increase property value and deliver higher returns to our investors. This strategy also includes full spectrum development opportunities.
