Evan Farahnik is a principal at StarPoint Properties. As head of its commercial division, Mr. Farahnik is responsible for the acquisition, development, and management of StarPoint’s growing commercial portfolio. Mr. Farahnik has an extensive background in real estate, operations, acquisitions, and has been managing and investing in real estate for over 20 years. His expertise extends through acquisitions, financial analysis, underwriting, as well as property operations. Prior to StarPoint, Mr. Farahnik served as Sr. Vice President at PeopleSupport, Inc., a former industry-leading business process outsourcing firm. As an early employee of PeopleSupport and as a key member of its executive management team, Mr. Farahnik led PeopleSupport through a successful IPO in 2004. Mr. Farahnik is a graduate of California State University Northridge with a degree in Business Marketing, as well as the UCLA Anderson School of Business MDE program.
