Gabriel is a key member of the Acquisitions and Capital Markets team at StarPoint Properties. Gabriel’s responsibilities include underwriting, financial modeling, due diligence management, and institutional equity/debt outreach. Prior to Gabriel’s time at StarPoint, he worked as an acquisitions analyst at Clear Capital where he focused on multifamily value add acquisitions. There he underwrote a total of 40,000 units spanning across 16 different states. Gabriel has also worked at other reputable institutions such as JLL as a brokerage intern and Apple as a sales specialist. Gabriel received a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles. There he was a society member of the Bruin Real Estate Association (BREA), where he won the 2020 BREA & REAG 5th Annual Case Competition. Gabriel enjoys working out, watching basketball, and trying new restaurants.
