Starpoint purchased the land for $6.5M in December 2020 and started construction in June 2022. With the expertise of a dedicated team, we constructed a state-of-the-art industrial building that set the standard for Starpoint development moving forward. From design to completion, our collaborative efforts ensured every detail was meticulously planned and executed, resulting in a facility that stands as a testament to our commitment to excellence. After a 32-month hold period, Starpoint sold the property for $49.5M, resulting in a 31.1% IRR for our investors.
