Greg James leads Capital Markets for StarPoint Properties, where he is responsible for raising all debt and equity for the company, launching new private investment vehicles, and managing investor relations. Prior to joining StarPoint, Greg was a Director of Finance at the Irvine Company, where he managed the company’s pipeline of capital requests and approvals across all of its major divisions. Greg earned a bachelor’s degree from Yale University, and a Masters of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management with a focus on real estate finance and development.
